Dover appointed Bill as the Chief Executive Officer of Triton in August 2007, as a result of the various market dynamics experienced in the industry. With 22 years of experience in leadership roles and extensive knowledge in the manufacturing sector, Bill possesses the necessary experience and leadership in which to guide Triton through the various complex changes needed to be a global ATM leader. Prior to joining Triton, Bill served as Executive Vice President of Hill PHOENIX where he was responsible for the Case and Refrigeration Systems divisions. Before that he served as the President and CEO of Graham Corporation (GHM) a world leader in the manufacturing of steam ejectors and surface condensers. During his tenure, he led the company to a new historical high stock price. In addition, he served as the Vice President and General Manager of ESAB Welding and Cutting Equipment, a global welding and cutting equipment manufacturer, and spent ten years inside ABB holding numerous positions of increasing responsibility including being the General Manager of the Transformer Division, within ABB Power Distribution. |

Daryl Cornell is Chief Financial Officer for Triton where he is responsible for global finance and accounting. Prior to joining Triton in 2007, Daryl served as Chief Financial Officer for a number of private equity portfolio companies. Before entering the private equity world, Daryl served for seven years in a variety of finance and operations roles at Ryder System, most recently as Area Director of Ryder’s Used Vehicle Sales Division. Daryl began his career as a finance officer in the United States Army. Daryl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics/Computer Science from Florida Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance from the University of Florida. |

As Vice President of International Sales for Triton, Shaun is responsible for sales in key core markets outside of North America and for opening new international markets. During his 10 year tenure with Triton, he has contributed to the growth in South Africa, Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom, and has played a key role in Triton’s expansion into Mexico, China and India. In addition, he was instrumental in the launch of Calypso, Triton’s ATM transaction processing service in Canada. Prior to joining Triton in 1998, Shaun was with Shell Oil for nine years holding various management roles within the Card Center, Credit and Customers Service divisions of the downstream petroleum business. While with Turbo Resources, a subsidiary of Shell, Shaun was exposed to Triton when Shell became the first Canadian distributor of Triton ATMs. |

As Director of North American Sales for Triton, James manages the North American sales team consisting of account executives and regional sales managers responsible for Triton’s direct distributor network, and the customer service and marketing departments. During his 11 year tenure with Triton, he has held various positions within the company including the product development department where his technical knowledge and understanding of the ATM business further enhanced his understanding of our customer needs, and overseeing the retail and financial sales accounts throughout the U.S. Phillips also plays a key role on Triton’s Product Performance Review Board/Customer Satisfaction Team providing insight and guidance, and a voice for the customer. Prior to joining Triton in 1997, James worked for Enterprise Rent-A-Car where he managed several rental dealerships. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi. |
Bob Douglas Director, Engineering |

Bob Douglas currently serves as Director of Engineering where he is responsible for engineering at Triton including setting the technical direction of the company, refinement of existing products and the development of new ATM models. During his 14 years at Triton, he has worked on every model ATM produced by Triton beginning with the popular 9500 model. Prior to joining Triton in 1994, Bob spent five years designing electronic communications. A 1988 graduate of Texas A & M University, Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. |

Burton Hillman currently serves as Director of Operations for Triton. In this role he is responsible for Production, Quality/Testing, Shipping Logistics, Facilities, Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, and Parts Logistics support. He joined Triton in 1999 as a Current Product Engineer. During his career at Triton Burton was the charter member of the Manufacturing Engineering Department and led that department for a number of years as Manager. In 2006, he was chosen to work on the Supply Chain and Operations Utilization Team (SCOUT) with goal of streamlining internal business systems. Prior to joining Triton, Burton worked for QMS/Minolta, Inc., a worldwide supplier of high-speed color and monochrome laser printer solutions, and spent two years designing heavy equipment for Morris Industrial Corporation. Burton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Alabama |

Terry Asher currently serves as Director, Supply Chain where he is responsible for procurement and warehouse. He joined Triton in 1995 as a Design Engineer where he was responsible for one of Triton’s most popular ATMs, the 9600. In addition he has held the title of Project Manager, Engineering Manager and Director of Engineering. Prior to joining Triton, Terry was Engineering Group Leader of the Data Communications Product Line at BayTech, a remote site management solutions company. Terry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Mississippi State University. |

Gus Gelpi is Director of Information Technology for Triton. He is responsible for computing devices, applications, communication devices and links and security. In addition, he supervises the company’s Information Technology professionals. A graduate of Loyola University in New Orleans, Gus joined Triton in 2006 as Infrastructure Manager. He has more than 15 years experience in the IT field. |

Dan Swain is Triton’s Manger of Global Services and Solutions. Based in Memphis, Dan is responsible for overseeing Triton’s global service group including training for reseller technicians, parts and repair fulfillment, and technical support for first and second level technicians. In addition, he is responsible for the managed services program that focuses on providing bundled service solutions. Dan has more than 20 years experience in banking working as a distributor for financial institution-focused solutions including ATMs, backroom image solutions (check and document), branch automation, and the field service and support surrounding these products. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana. |

Brian Goff serves as Human Resources Manager for Triton where he is responsible for human resources, safety and security for all Triton locations. A member of the Triton staff since 1997, Brian previously held positions within the company as a Product Manager, Recruiter, HR Generalist and Account Manager. A graduate of the University of South Alabama, Brian holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management with a minor in Sociology. |

.Doug Epp is General Manager for Calypso Canada. Doug joined Calypso in March 1999 to chair the launch of Triton’s ATM transaction processing service in Canada. In 2001, Doug led the initiative to expand Calypso’s ATM processing and management services into the UK market. Prior to joining Calypso, Doug acted as General Manager for Shell Canada’s Commercial FleetCard Services and throughout his 13 year career with Shell held senior managerial roles in areas such as: finance, client services and commercial marketing systems. Doug holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Finance with honors from the University of Manitoba. |
