Swain Promoted to Lead Triton’s Global Services Division

LONG BEACH, MS —ATM manufacturer Triton is pleased to announce that Dan Swain has been promoted to Manager of Global Services and Solutions.

Based in Memphis at Triton’s Global Services facility, Swain is responsible for overseeing Triton’s global service group including training for reseller technicians, parts and repair fulfilment, and technical support for first and second level technicians. In addition, he is responsible for the managed services program that focuses on providing bundled service solutions.

“Dan is the perfect choice to lead our global services division,” said Bill Johnson, Triton President and CEO. “He has established close relations with our customers by leading the training efforts out of Memphis over the last few years. Additionally, his enthusiasm and commitment to exceptional customer satisfaction and quality will greatly benefit Triton and our customers."
Swain has more than 20 years experience in banking working as a distributor for financial institution focused solutions including ATMs, backroom image solutions (check and document), branch automation, and the field service and support surrounding these products.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana
