Our Technical Support Commitment

Triton's qualified Tech Support Group has direct access and support from Triton engineers. Speed, control and quality are the goals with Triton's Technical Support and Service Programs. Triton's service emphasis is a 24 hour, 7 day a week help desk and technical support along with software downloads and frequently asked questions available through the Triton web site.

Triton distributors expect Triton to address field performance issues quickly and efficiently. To aid in faster identification of performance issues, Triton monitors calls to technical support and subjects of the calls are charted then reports are generated and delivered monthly to the Triton Senior Management Team for review and discussion. Part returns numbers are analyzed in similar process. Triton also maintains permanent beta sites and monitors transaction activity through Triton Connect.

Training

Triton's training program empowers distributors in the area of equipment repair. Triton offers a wide range of Triton repair training from whole unit repairs to sub-assemblies to board level components. We allow our customers to implement their own service strategy. This reduces our parts repair revenue, but reduces the total cost of ownership for our customers and positions Triton as the leader in the area of total cost of ownership.

Triton ATM Technical Training

Triton offers technical training on all Triton ATMs. The training department focuses on providing the tools needed for Triton distributors or TASC members to quickly and efficiently service Triton ATMs in the field to maximize uptime and the number of transactions.  Training can be scheduled at out Triton Training Facility Memphis, Tennessee or on-site at your facility. Trained technicians are given access to the Triton Distributor section of the web site for FAQ's, accessibility to Triton software and manuals at no charge. Triton is the only ATM manufacturer in this segment of the market that provides this service to their trained technicians at no charge.

TASC - Triton Authorized Service Contractors

By becoming part of the TASC network of authorized Triton trained service providers, you can offer extensive service and expand your customer base.  TASC is designed to provide service to Triton customers in a timely, affordable way by ensuring that TASC members maintain a minimum level of stocked parts and have the most up-to-date product and servicing information to minimize multiple visits.

Component Repair Training

Triton offers in-depth training for module or component level repair allowing our partners to provide the same "bench level" of service offered by Triton rather than field service provided by other companies. Triton does not consider diagnostic software testing or burn in software to be proprietary like other companies. If technicians are on site for long time, then the machine is down for a longer time, which is not cost-effective. Fast replacement means a faster uptime. Triton provides these training tools for our partners to customize and to make their tech support the very best. For much of this support, such as training and software downloads, there is no extra charge.

Annual Distributor Conference

Triton hosts an annual spring conference for distributors and dealers where you will be brought up
To date on the newest developments from Triton Systems, what's new in the industry, and learn more about our products and programs.
