TASC Membership Application
Membership Information, Application and Requirements

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Triton Authorized Service Contractor (TASC). Triton Systems of Delaware, Inc. is a world leader in the design and manufacturing of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) and related products. To support and service Triton’s customers and in response to the need for continuing improvement within the ATM industry, Triton has developed the Triton Authorized Service Contractor (TASC) Program. The TASC Program provides technicians better management tools and the capability to strengthen product service in both responsiveness and the quality of workmanship.

As a TASC, we ask you to adopt our goal of 100 percent customer satisfaction with Triton products and service and work to that end.

Triton provides you:

  1. A substantial discount on purchased parts
  2. Authorization to perform warranty repairs on Triton products for which you are trained and certified by Triton
  3. Listed as a Triton TASC member on our website
  4. Access to the Triton WATCH network, the paperless preparation of the service provider warranty claims invoice from the completed work ticket with electronic submittal directly into the Triton billing and accounting system, and a method for you to maintain visibility over status of your claims
  5. Direct access to Triton Technical Support and web site password to access Triton WATCH network

As a TASC member you will be required to:

  1. Employ service technicians who are trained and certified by Triton on all current Triton models. Current Triton Models include all models in production and subject to warranty coverage. At present, models to be trained on include 9100, RL5000, RT2000 and NMD. Provide continuing education as necessary to sharpen their skills for equipment analysis and troubleshooting and learn new products. If certified by Triton for 9600 models, the technician will not be required to attend the 9100 class. Presently, the 9100 class covers the 9600 series, 9100 and 8100 model ATM. Technicians who completed the RL5000 and FT5000 classes prior to 2005 do not have to retake the class, which now includes instruction on the RT2000 model. Models under warranty are subject to change.
  2. List, with Triton, ALL your service technicians who are trained and certified by Triton, the units they are trained and the areas they cover. Only Triton certified technicians will be authorized for labor reimbursement, as the Triton certification will remain with the Triton trained technician.
Buy and maintain service parts inventory on current Triton models, which allows you to make the repair on the first service call 90% of the time, as Triton’s warranty policy does not cover multiple trips.
  3. Maintain a service employee force that promotes and projects professionalism and the customer’s interest at all times and be willing to perform field service calls on all current Triton ATM’s, including those owed by other companies, as requested by Triton.
  4. Comply with Triton’s warranty service policies and procedures as outlined in Triton’s warranty service manual and related material.
  5. Use the Triton WATCH system for submitting warranty claims.
