Certified Triton parts
Triton's commitment to service after the sale is proven by our warranty policy. New ATMs are typically covered for 13 months domestically, with extended parts warranty options available. Should a part fail due to defects within that period, Triton will furnish a new or refurbished part at no cost. All parts ordered from or repaired by Triton have a 180 day warranty and carry distinctive branding on the packaging. This is your insurance that this is a genuine part that has been thoroughly tested and has received all current firmware, software, and hardware upgrades. Furthermore, Triton ships parts for over ten different product lines and hundreds of configurations worldwide. Triton provides real time technical support 24 / 7 which is available to authorized distributors at no charge. Our staff of professionals can assist with all of your ATM service issues and are normally able to solve over 90% of technical issues by phone. Each member of the technical support team has an extensive diagnostics background and has received in-depth training, both formal and on the job, on all Triton products.
Our staff operates from Triton's technical support center, which contains an ATM for each configuration supported as well as all current manuals enabling your service technician to accurately take you step by step through the support process.

Service is available on a maintenance contract or on a time and material basis. Triton Field Service can provide a turnkey solution to replace an existing machine, install a machine in a through-the-wall environment or a lobby installation. Additionally, Triton Managed Services can manage a network security compliance program to upgrade existing Triton machines.
