CONTINUOUS ATM AVAILABILITY — Calypso provides a reliable and proactive infrastructure crucial in any ATM environment by investing in Mosaic Postilion systems. Postilion Realtime includes transaction integrity management, transaction security, transaction routing, stand-in authorization, reconciliation and currency conversion. Provides automated terminal alerts to pager, email or mobile/cellular phone when cash runs low or when ATM components malfunction improve ATM availability.

FLEXIBILITY AND SECURITY — Calypso offers multi-vendor terminal driving and multi-channel connectivity including dialup, wireless and TCP/IP. Calypso is MACing and 3DES compliant, EMV capable and connects to major networks.

AUTOMATED BACK OFFICE PROCESSING —
Calypso provides sophisticated back-office solutions for network reconciliation, settlement, reporting and data extracts. Calypso’s back-office rules engine simplifies these otherwise complex tasks.

24-HOUR HELP DESK SUPPORT — Calypso provides a 24-hour toll free service desk with experienced Help Desk staff. Onsite settlement and technical support staff are dedicated to maximizing ATM performance.

REAL TIME MONITORING AND REPORTING— Calypso Connect monitoring services are engineered to maximize your ATM availability rates. Real time monitoring ensures that any ATM’s error status is instantly communicated to your ATM service engineer. Cash level monitoring will forecast out-of-cash dates and replenishment amounts.
