dispensing mechanism. It’s why Triton engineers and manufactures
its own high-performance family of dispensers.
The mechanisms also feature automatic error recovery. This allows
the mechanism to slow and adjust movement to fix a jam automatically
without having the ATM go out of service. The TDM line maximizes
security of the cash and at the same time minimizes the number
of steps and complexity in cash replenishment for merchants.
Other key innovations in our dispensing mechanisms include the
rugged carbon-reinforced conductive composite material chosen
specifically for its durability. An added benefit of this material
is the reduction of static electricity, which eliminates the need
for a static brush at the end of the feed path and improves the
overall performance of the mechanism.
The Triton TDM family is the result of Triton’s long commitment
to engineering ATMs with the lowest possible cost of ownership.
It led to a remarkable cost-saving innovation: the mechanism’s
most commonly replaced parts have all been incorporated into the
least expensive replacement component – the cassette.
