In addition to withdrawing cash, ATM customers "will walk up and get their open- or closed-loop gift cards, transit passes, event passes—any type of prepaid [product] that can be put on a card will function because of the way the machine is enabled," Todd Nuttall, CEO, Better ATM Services, tells Paybefore.

Nuttall describes Better ATM Services as providing "an integrating technology" to ATM manufacturers enabling the ATM operator to provide prepaid cards in a self-service environment. Opposition against Harkin Amendment on ATM Fee Cap !
