Technical Support Assistance

Triton provides real time, native English speaking technical support Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. CST to authorized distributors. Our staff of professionals can assist with any ATM service issues that may arise and are able to solve most technical issues by telephone. Each member of the technical support team has an extensive diagnostics background and has received in-depth training, both formal and on the job, on all Triton products.  Many of our technicians have been trained on other brands and have field engineering experience.

Authorized distributors and trained service technicians can also log on and stay current with the latest technical information through the Triton Website. Technical bulletins, software updates, error code lookup, parts ordering information, a technical Web forum, and more are available  on the partner section of our Website. Website resources are available 24/7 and e-mail will be answered within one business day.

Triton's commitment to service after the sale is proven by our warranty policy. New ATMs are covered for 13 months, with extended parts warranty options available. Should a part fail due to defects within that period, Triton will furnish a new or refurbished part at no cost to you. All parts ordered from or repaired by Triton have a 180 day warranty and carry distinctive branding on the packaging. This is your insurance that this is a genuine part that has been thoroughly tested and has received all current firmware, software and hardware upgrades. Triton Field Service can provide a turnkey solution to replace an existing machine, install a machine in a through-the-wall environment or a lobby installation. Additionally, Triton Managed Services can manage a network security compliance program to upgrade existing Triton machines.

With several hundred training courses offered each year, Triton has trained thousands of technicians on all brands of retail ATMs. From installation and set up to service and maintenance, we provide training on the entire scope of ATM operations. Our instructors are certified with extensive field and training experience, offering a thorough education for both the novice and professional technician. We offer an enhanced, hands-on learning environment that challenges the technician on trouble-shooting skills and basic electronics. Limited class sizes allow for maximum interaction between students and instructors with an average student/teacher ratio of four-to-one.
